| STANDARD AND CUSTOM CONTROL SYSTEMS For more than ten years Adroit has been refining PC control options based on object-oriented programming. This created the best random loading format in the industry where payloads with wholly different requirements can be processed simultaneously with the most efficient load processing possible. Adroit's software has always minimized overexposure of payloads to aggressive chemistry - based on a hierarchy of tank priorities - even while allowing non-sequential processing and leapfrogging one payload ahead of others when it improves throughput. We are proud of our leading the industry in a total program solution which integrates all process line functions - is more sophisticated and flexible than alternative concepts - and provides full process documentation. The program is designed for ease-of-use for both a process engineer and operators in a Windows® (Microsoft) format with the following features: Total process control regardless of the number of stations or carriers Total speed control for any segment of travel Total control and integration of process dependent 1/0 both digital and analog Total optimizing of any process line for maintenance, engineering and management via intuitive menus with appropriate graphics. |

| In 2002 Adroit released a greatly improved version of our software; WinHoist II©. This major effort grew out of work on multi-transport lines of exceptional length and complexity. The primary advances in WinHoist II© include forward thinking so that each carrier will anticipate its next several moves, refining its own strategy, and the next movements of other carriers on the line - reducing delays when they share zones of travel. The result is a carrier no longer waits for a hierarchy of decisions to play-out before moving, and if more than one is on the line, that all carriers optimize their motions and act as a team. Another significant improvement is that the prioritization of tanks could previously result in lower priority moves being overlooked for extended periods. Adroit's WinHoist ll© has an added feature where in the definition of a station its priority can be elevated after a user-defined interval - in one setup definition which then works for every recipe WinHoist II© is utilized in both Adroit's sidearm applications where it directly controls servo-drives, and as a graphical interface/scheduler for integration to any major PLC (which in turn controls the AC motor drives) for larger overhead applications. These larger applications include Adroit's overhead transports and gantries produced by others. Adroit can produce stand-alone PLC controls for any application and will when requested. Our preference, however, is to provide the value and efficiency of WinHoist II© Whether used as a single package or integrated with a PLC, WinHoist II© allows a much higher degree of user interface including: production tracking, process parameter monitoring, statistical process control, bar-code operations, etc. Custom database development and integration with your existing network is available. Processing options include Manual, Fixed Timeway, Serial, Random Loading and Certified Processing. While Random Loading is focused on maximizing throughput while recognizing the dynamics of existing payloads in the process line against the chemistry in each process tank, Certified Processing recognizes both a minimum and maximum protocol for each tank, some more forgiving than others. Rather than optimizing throughput, the software is designed to maximize compliance with the protocols. The automation holds each payload in a queue until the payload can fit into the parameters of the protocols of it and all other payloads in process. Since throughput can suffer greatly, real-time scheduling assesses which payload in the queue can be next processed. The system constantly reassesses the queue as those payloads in the process line complete their regimes, and based on user initiated overrides. |
