Typical configuration:

HORIZONTAL AXIS

Length: Unlimited travel length, generally frame is five feet longer than travel requirement

Width: Front-to-back dimension of tankline plus minimum of 3 feet for walkway in front and 2 feet at rear of tankline for access to valves. Span does impact size of structural steel utilized (six to eight inch beams typical)

Construction: steel, with two part epoxy coating

Maximum Operating speed: 200 fpm (dependent on fixturing).

Driven by a 3 HP AC motor with absolute encoder feedback.

Mounting: The unit can be floor mounted (U-shaped configuration) with vertical legs twelve to fifteen feet on center, or directly hung from a correctly designed overhead or beam.

VERTICAL AXIS

Stroke: 30+ inches

Min headroom: Tank height + stroke requirement + four feet

Construction: steel, with two part epoxy coating

Maximum Operating speed: 50 fpm (dependant on fixturing)

For the Adroit-OHT/2000, two polypropylene webbed belts are attached to a common shaft which is driven by 5 HP AC double helical brake motor gearbox, positioning by open or closed loop control depending on duty.

ELECTRICAL

Panel Construction: NEMA 12, coat finish. E-Stop structured link NEMA 4 upon request.

Power supply: 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hertz, 15 Amps per head (208 VAC or alternates are available)

Controls: PC-based interface with dedicated PLC for controlling AC full flux vector drives.
